Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Hairstyle AI Studio mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload and any activity that occurs under your account.
The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate virtual hairstyle previews on your photos. You understand and agree that:
Hairstyle AI Studio offers auto-renewing subscription options that provide access to premium features and unlimited hairstyle generations.
We offer various subscription plans (weekly, monthly, yearly) with different pricing. The specific subscription options, features, and pricing will be clearly displayed in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you initially paid.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
If we offer a free trial period, you will be charged the subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not have access to process refunds for App Store purchases.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these subscription terms and authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription and billing information is managed by Apple, and we do not have access to your payment information.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Subject to these Terms, you own the rights to the hairstyle preview images generated by the Service for your personal use. The generated images are intended primarily for personal visualization and decision-making purposes.
You may not use the Service to:
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice of the change. We will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes.
